I’m Yvonne and I’m a qualified psychotherapist, counsellor, hypnotherapist, EFT Tapping practitioner and Reiki practitioner.

I have lived abroad both as a child (TCK) and an expat giving me insight into the anxiety and loneliness of frequent moves and relationships where identity and belonging are a factor. I’ve also experienced returning to the UK where I felt like a stranger in my home country.
My approach is pluralistic, meaning I draw on a range of theories and techniques to tailor therapy to your unique needs.
Alongside traditional counselling, I integrate coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), hypnotherapy and reiki offering powerful tools for healing and self-discovery.
