Menopause is more than a physical transition — it touches every part of your life. It can bring changes in mood, sleep, energy, relationships, identity, and confidence. For many women, it’s a time of deep reflection and adjustment, often with more questions than answers.

Fatigue, anxiety, irritability, or other menopausal symptoms may be clouding your daily life in ways that are hard to explain. There might be a sense of grief for the woman you once were, or uncertainty about who you’re becoming. All of this can be unfolding silently on the inside, while outwardly you continue to hold everything together.
I offer holistic support for menopause that honours both your body and mind. I’m not a medical practitioner and I don’t prescribe HRT. Instead, I work with women who want to explore natural, whole-person approaches, whether they’re using HRT or not.

Menopause isn’t a problem to fix, it’s a powerful shift to understand and honour. My approach blends psychotherapy, coaching, and holistic guidance to support you emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
We work together to reduce stress, improve sleep, stabilise mood, and reconnect you with yourself. Every woman’s experience is unique. There’s no one way to go through menopause, and no one-size-fits-all solution.

Lifestyle changes may include gentle shifts in nutrition and movement to support your body during this time. These are always explored in a way that feels realistic, not rigid. We also work with simple, calming practices to help restore emotional balance and soothe your nervous system.
You may also learn tools such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or guided relaxation. These can help you feel more grounded, calm, and in control of your experience.
Support Without Judgment
You don’t need to choose between medical and holistic support as many women combine both. But if you’re not taking HRT or can’t take it, it’s important to know you still have options.
Some women come feeling low, flat, or anxious. Others feel angry, tearful, or overwhelmed. Many describe a sense of losing themselves. Therapy and coaching can help you understand these changes, respond with kindness, and reconnect with your sense of self.
This phase of life can be a turning point. It’s not just an ending, but a beginning.
